Traffic is heavy at some border crossing points (BCPs) along Bulgaria's border with Romania, the Border Police General Directorate said. The information is up to date as of 6:00 Friday morning.

Traffic is heavy at the Kardam, Nikopol and Durankulak BCPs at the exit for trucks.

Due to major repairs on the Bulgarian section of the Danube Bridge at Ruse, a temporary traffic organization has been introduced, with traffic in one lane with a through traffic regime and regulated by traffic lights. In addition to the Ruse border crossing, drivers in the region can also head to the Silistra, Kardam, Durankulak, Kainardzha and Krushari BCPs. The last two have opening hours from 8 am to 8 pm every day and no trucks are allowed through them.

Traffic on the border with Greece is normal. Only cars and vans are allowed to pass through the Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad border crossings.

Traffic is also normal at all border crossing points along the border with Serbia, however, due to a technical problem there is a delay in the processing of trucks.

On the border with Turkiye and North Macedonia, traffic is normal at all border crossing points.
