"We hope to be ready on Wednesday with the petition to the Constitutional Court for a partial annulment of the October 27 elections," Toshko Yordanov of There Is Such a People (TISP) told journalists, commenting the topic of a possible annulment of the elections.

Yordanov said that TISP will collect signatures for partial annulment of the elections in the voting sections where there is evidence of violations, as well as in those where there was no video surveillance and video recording.

"It's good to get things legally right. There is a 15-day deadline to petition the Constitutional Court. This means that the MPs of the 50th National Assembly have to make such a request, so we will hopefully be ready as early as Wednesday so that we can submit the petition [to the court] at the end of the week," Yordanov said.

He pointed out that they are expecting support from Continue the Change, who in his words, have "a serious need for cleansing themselves on the subject of [MRF-New Beginning leader Delyan] Peevski and the caretaker cabinet".

Yordanov explained that the deadline expires on November 14. Regarding the petition, he commented that TISP will sign it and submit it to the other MPs in the 50th National Assembly. "Once we collect 48 signatures, we will submit it immediately," he added.
