The Socialists want Parliament to catalogue the most important bills before deciding whether to continue working in August or not. "But we are definitely against going in recess from the beginning of August," BSP for Bulgaria floor leader Borislav Gutsanov said in the corridors of Parliament. Gutsanov also said, "It is important for us to adopt a ban on the sale of laughing gas to individuals and then catering establishments are caught selling it, to close them down.
