Speaking to journalists in Parliament on Friday, MP of There Is Such a People (TISP) Stanislav Balabanov said, "Our idea for the third [government forming] mandate is first of all to reach an agreement on policies, they should be fixed with deadlines so that, if a government is formed and they are not implemented, Bulgarian citizens can come out and say - the policies are not implemented in the specific timeframe, who is politically responsible?"

He added that the party will go all the way in terms of what they have said. According to Balabanov, the culprits for the talk of new elections are GERB leader Boyko Borissov, MRF co-leader Delyan Peevski, and CC-DB's Kiril Petkov and Assen Vassilev.

"We are ready to hold talks on policies, the questions should be directed to the other political leaders - are they ready to set aside their egos for the sake of Bulgaria?" he added.
