Commenting on Parliament’s rejection of GERB-UDF’s proposed cabinet with Prime Minister-designate Rosen Zhelyazkov, Bulgaria’s newly elected Patriarch Daniil said Wednesday that he prays to God to bring an understanding in truth and in what is useful.

"We all need to be humble. The National Assembly has sent the MPs here. This is democracy - debates, decisions," said Patriarch Daniil, who earlier attended the debate in the National Assembly.
