New car registrations in the EU fell by 3% in May 2024, with declines recorded in three of the four main markets: Italy (-6.6%), Germany (-4.3%) and France (-2.9%), the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) said on Thursday. Spain recorded a growth of 3.4% in May.
In Bulgaria, the share of new electric cars registered in May 2024 rose to 3,226 vehicles, up from 3,168 in the same month of 2023.
