No regular plenary sittings and committee meetings will be held for the period from the opening of the election campaign for MPs until the newly elected National Assembly convenes. Time limits shall cease to run, except for the time limits for written replies in Question Time. These changes were approved by the MPs with amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, adopted on Thursday at the second reading.

The MPs supported the amendments to the rules of procedure related to the remuneration of MPs and the proposal that explicitly regulates no double salaries. The adopted texts provide that the remuneration shall be calculated from the day of the swearing-in of the MPs until the day preceding the day of the swearing-in of the MPs elected to the next National Assembly.
