Ukrainian boxer Ihor Shevadzutskyi is 17.3 kg heavier than Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev.
This was shown by the official scale before the match between the two for the international heavyweight title of the World Boxing Association (WBA), which will be held on Saturday night in the capital's Arena Sofia.
Kubrat Pulev stepped onto the scales, which read 112.7 kg, while his opponent, Ihor Shevadzutskyi, weighed exactly 130 kg.
The other most anticipated match of the gala evening, the one between Tervel Pulev and Rolly Lambert in the welterweight division, showed a much smaller difference between the two fighters. The Bulgarian is 90.6 kg, while the Cameroonian is 400 g lighter, 90.2 kg.
