The mountains offer good hiking conditions on Sunday, the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) told BTA.

The weather is clear, sunny and quiet. There is light wind in the Vitosha and Balkan Mountains, with temperatures around 0 C.

The lift facilities in the winter resorts are operating. 

According to the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, it will be cloudy, with isolated light rain showers in the afternoon and snow at altitudes above 2,000 m. It will be sunnier over parts of sourthwestern Bulgaria before noon. Light to moderate west-southwesterly wind. Highs: around 8 C at 1,200m, around 1 C at 2,000 m.
