MP Manoil Manev of GERB-UDF on Wednesday was elected chairman of the internal security and public order committee in Parliament. Previously he was deputy chair.

Manev is replacing Desislava Atanasova who was sworn in as constitutional judge last week.

Hristo Terziisky (GERB-UDF) was elected deputy chair and Valentin Radev (GERB-UDF) as a member of the committee.

Milena Dimova (GERB-UDF) stepped down from the EU affairs committee and was elected member of the parliamentary legal affairs committee.
