site.btaViolinist Mincho Minchev, Conductor Emil Tabakov to Give Second Concert in Varna

Violinist Mincho Minchev and conductor Emil Tabakov will give a second concert with the orchestra of State Opera Varna here on Saturday. The second performance was added to the programme because of the strong interest. 

The first concert in Varna is scheduled for Friday evening.

On the programme are Antonin Dvorak's Romance No.2 for Violin and Orchestra, the Russian Dance from Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake, Paganini's Violin Concerto No. 5, and Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet Suite.

Tabakov and Minchev have many joint performances, the last of which was at the New Year's Concert at Sofia's National Palace of Culture (NDK) on January 1.

Ahead of Friday's concert, the two said that they are happy to be in Varna and together again. They described the programme as beautiful, romantic, and pleasant for any type of audience.
