site.btaBulgaria Will Host European Initiative for Art Dedicated to Climate Change

Bulgaria will be among countries hosting the new European programme "RE-IMAGINE Green Art Practices on the Margin" for performing arts, which aims to attract the public attention to the issues of climate change and environmental protection. It includes training and producing of artists and cultural and environmental organization, said Arte Urbana Collectif, Bulgaria’s representatives for the initiative.  

The programme will be implemented in Bulgaria, Serbia, North Macedonia and Hungary. There will be four artistic residencies where artists can plan various projects. For the implementation of the selection projects the principles of sustainable green practices will be applied, which will be taught during the residencies, organizers said.
