site.btaPrime Minister Nikolay Denkov to Present Foster Parents Role Model Award

Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov will attend a ceremony to present the Foster Parents Role Model award on Wednesday, the Council of Ministers' press service said.

The ceremony will honour foster parents, adoptive parents, social workers, doctors, teachers, children's organizations, companies and journalists who help foster parenting in Bulgaria. The event, organized by the Bulgarian National Foster Care Association (NFCA), will take place at 7.30 p.m. at Sofia Hotel Balkan.

The NFCA is a Bulgarian non-governmental organization that was created by foster parents across the country. It aims to unite the efforts of foster parents and NGOs to reduce the number of abandoned children, as well as to provide better childhood for children at risk of abandonment or living in orphanages.
