The Black Sea coast: Mostly sunny. Moderate to strong south-southwesterly wind. Highs: between 26C and 31C. Sea water temperature: 18C to 21C. Sea waves: 2 to 3 degrees Douglas.

October 22:

Variable cloud. Low chance of precipitation. Lows: between 12C and 17C, up to 20C in northern Bulgaria. Highs: between 26C and 31C. After noon, the southwesterly wind will die down. At nightfall, winds will become west-northwesterly in northern Bulgaria.
