The Bosilegrad Cultural and Information Centre marked its 25th anniversary on October 4 in the presence of state officials, soloists from the Filip Koutev National Folklore Ensemble and citizens of Bosilegrad. 

Attending were Bulgarian Ambassador to Serbia Petko Doynov, Bulgarian Consul General Dimitar Tsanev and officials from the Consulate General in NIs, Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad chief Dilaila Mihailova, Prof. Lozan Mitev, chair of the Western Outlands Civic Committee and Darko Anackov, chair of the Bulgarian-Serbian Centre in Vranje. 

MEP Andrey Kovatchev and Bulgarian Ambassador to Bucharest Radko Vlaykov sent congratulatory messages. 

Soloists from the Filip Koutev Ensemble sang Bulgarian folk songs.
