The harvesting of dianthus has started near the Turkish city of Isparta, where the beautiful flower is one of the main agricultural crops. Hundreds of acres of dianthus grown in greenhouses serve as the main source of livelihood for most of the 2,500 people living in the village of Deregumu near Isparta.
