site.bta Emil Mingov - Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy 

The Deputy Prime Minister and caretaker Minister of Labour and Social Policy Lazar Lazarov appointed Emil Mingov as Deputy Minister at a briefing on Wednesday. Prof. Emil Mingov is a lawyer,  with a PhD in Law. In 1995, he was the secretary of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation under the Council of Ministers. He was the director of the National Institute for Conciliation and Arbitration at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, as well as the head of the Ministry's Inspectorate.
