An art installation consisting of a human figure and sheep by sculptor Pavel Koychev will be erected in the middle of a lake in the city's South Park here by August 14, the artist told BTA. Koychev shared his belief that the presence of art in urban areas is very important, since it "dulls the bestial tendencies in people".
