Velizar Enchev Founds Bulgarian Spring Movement

Veliko Turnovo, Northern Bulgaria, April 4 (BTA) - Independent
MP Velizar Enchev founded the Bulgarian Spring Movement for
Radical Change on Saturday. About 200 people gathered in the
village of Arbanassi to support a programme entitled "25 Blows
on the System", BTA learned from Enchev.

The programme features ideas for struggle against the model
created during what he called "the 25-year criminal transition
period". "We oppose the neoliberal ideology which made us the
poorest EU country, whose population has the poorest health. We
will be waging a Greek-style war on mass poverty," said Enchev.

Bulgarian Spring will turn into a party. It will participate in
the local elections this autumn to curb GERB's presence in local
government.
