National Social Security Institute, National Revenue Agency Integrate E-Services Systems

Sofia, July 2 (BTA) - The National Social Security Institute
(NSSI) and the National Revenue Agency (NRA) have signed an
agreement on interaction in providing access to electronic
administrative services, the NSSI said in a press release on
Thursday.

The agreement lays down a procedure and manner for electronic
connectivity between the two institutions, which will make it
possible to integrate their Personal Identification Codes (PIC).
In this way, the insured persons who have a 12-digit PIC
assigned by the NRA will be able to search the NRA information
system.

As from July 1, the search for contributory service and income
upon retirement on the NSSI website (www.nssi.bg) can already be
accessed through a NRA PIC.

The NSSI electronic services accessible through a NRA PIC will
be extended to include other information for insured persons
searchable by standard public registry number (EGN) or to social
insurance contributors through Uniform Identification
Code/BULSTAT, the NSSI specified.
