No Bulgarian Servicemen Injured in Terrorist Attack against Kandahar Airport in Afghanistan

Sofia, December 9 (BTA) - No Bulgarian servicemen have been injured in the attack against Kandahar airport in Afghanistan and the shootout which ensued outside of it at 6:00 pm local time on Tuesday, said the Defence Ministry in a press release.

The area where the attack occurred is different than where the Bulgarian servicemen are located. The situation was brought under control at around midnight local time, the press release said.
