Sofia, December 9 (BTA) - Reporting on the work of the Commission on Waiver of Uncollectible Debts to the State, its Chairman, Plamen Konov said Wednesday that since 2012 to date the total amount of waived debts to the State is 377,759 leva, while the receivables that are not waived total 10,085,174 leva. The waived debts account for 0.03 per cent of the budget revenue, and the non-waived ones, 1.20 per cent.

The Commission works under the President.

In the reviewed period the Commission considered 1,135 waiver applications, 198 of which were granted, 677 were turned down and 260 were found to concern receivables that were not due to the State.
