BTA Opens First Regional Press Club Outside Bulgaria in Serbian Town of Bosilegrad

Bosilegrad, Serbia, December 11 (BTA) - This is BTA's 13th press club and the first one outside of this
country.  BTA General Director Maxim Minchev voiced hope that this new Bulgarian cultural and information hub will enhance the flow of information both ways between the Western Outlands and Bulgaria, as well as make people empathize more with what is happening in those regions. Minchev urged to make it possible for more
Bulgarians to become aware of the problems their compatriots have and seek ways to solve them together.

With this press club, BTA not only broadens the geographic scope of its work and representation, but also shows interest in the fate of Bulgarians in the Western Outlands, it transpired from the opening.

BTA is cooperating with the local GLAS Association NGO in the construction and functioning of the new press club.
