Two Kilos of Heroin Intercepted at Bulgarian-Macedonian Border

Kyustendil, Southwestern Bulgaria, March 16 (BTA) - Two kilos of heroin wound around the legs of a Serbian national have been discovered by customs inspectors at the Gyueshevo border checkpoint to Macedonia, during a check of a Turkish coach on a regular service from Turkey, via Bulgaria and Macedonia, to Kosovo, the National Customs Agency said Wednesday.

During the weekend the Gyueshevo customs inspectors also intercepted 38 kilos of marijuana which two Albanian nationals tried to smuggle in Bulgaria.
