Former Energy Minister Dobrev Charged in Connection with Belene N-Plant Project
Sofia, November 18 (BTA) - Former Bulgarian energy minister has been constituted as a party accused of mismanagement in connection with the Belene N-Plant project, Dobrev told journalists here on Friday, emerging from questioning at the Sofia Investigation Service.
Dobrev was released on his own recognizance.
He denied any wrongdoing.
He is the third former energy minister, after Peter Dimitrov and Roumen Ovcharov, to be charged in connection with the abandoned project to build a nuclear power plant at Belene.
