Nearly 120 Bulgarian Companies Take Part in 9th Golden Lion Exhibition

Sofia, November 19 (BTA) - Nearly 120 Bulgarian companies are taking part in the 9th Golden Lion Exhibition, Made in Bulgaria Union Honorary President Hristo Droumev said at the opening of the shopping venue at Sofia's Universiade Hall on Saturday.

Taking part in the exhibition are mainly small and medium-sized manufacturers and distributors of Bulgarian light industry products. Fifty-four per cent of the exhibitors offer their own output.

The most numerous participating companies are from Sofia, 31.16 per cent, and Plovdiv, 23.27 per cent. Producers of ready-to-wears top the list by branch (28.46 per cent), followed by textiles and knitwear (13.84 per cent), and cosmetics and perfumery (9.23 per cent).

The exhibition will be on until December 3.
