Julian Revalski Elected President of  Bulgarian Academy of Sciences

Sofia, December 1 (BTA) - Julian Revalski of the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics was elected President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, with 57 members of the Academy's General Assembly voting in favour. The other candidate, corresponding member Nikolay Miloshev, a geophysicist, was backed by 27 members, the election commission said.
