Patriotic Front to Support Reformist  Bloc's Cabinet-forming Mandate  if Programme Is Amended

Sofia, December 8 (BTA) - The Patriotic Front (PF) Thursday said it would support a government-forming mandate of the Reformist Bloc if the latter changed its programme.

After meeting with Reformist Bloc representatives, the PF's Co-floor Leader Valeri Simeonov said: "We will absolutely support a mandate of the Reformist Bloc if it makes certain changes in its programme concerning our top priorities."

He added: "We concurred that a new government and parliamentary crisis must be avoided because we believe that Bulgaria needs stability, not an interregnum, chaos and a caretaker government."

Dessislava Atanassova (GERB) told journalists that her party would not participate in the formation of a government during this Parliament's term. Still, it will only be fair to talk with the Reformist Bloc if they invite GERB after they receive a mandate from the President on Monday, said Atanassova.
