Sofia, July 28 (BTA) - President Rosen Plevneliev will hand the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) a mandate to form a government on July 30, said the President's Press Secretariat on Monday.

This will be the third and last mandate the President will hand under the Constitution, after GERB and Coalition for Bulgaria declined theirs. If the MRF decline it, as they had said earlier and as the parliamentary forces had agreed at the end of June, the President will dissolve Parliament and schedule early parliamentary elections. Parliament is expected to disband on August 6 and elections are to be held on October 5.
