BTA's Reporters Department received an award for fair and accurate coverage of aviation matters from the Bulgarian Airlines Association. Ekaterina Panova Head of the Department, received the award from Rumen Radev, Chair of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association.
Panova said the objective and timely coverage of events is a calling for BTA's journalists. She thanked the Bulgarian Airlines Association for the award on behalf of BTA's Director General Kiril Valchev. "I accept this award on behalf of BTA's journalists, with special thanks to reporter Ivan Lazarov, whose heart soars inspired by aviation, which has found a lasting place in his work," Panova added.
BTA's Reporters Department received the same award in 2024.
The Bulgarian National Radio received a statuette for its overall contribution on the occasion of its 90th anniversary.
