Minister Radanova to Participate
in 13th Council of Europe Conference
of Ministers responsible for Sport


Sofia, September 16 (BTA) - Caretaker Youth and Sports Minister
Evgenia Radanova and Deputy Minister Yordan Yovchev will attend
the 13th Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible
for Sport, which will take place in
Macolin/Magglingen(Switzerland) on September 18. The conference
is organized by the Council of Europe's Enlarged Partial
Agreement on Sport (EPAS) in conjunction with the Swiss Federal
Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sports.

The Council of Europe members are expected to sign the
Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions, which was
 adopted in July. 
 
The main topics to be discussed at the forum are "Corruption in
the Governance of Sport" and "Current Political Issues of
Pan-European Sports Co-operation".
