Bulgargaz Updates Price Cut Proposal for Natural Gas

Sofia, December 22 (BTA) - Bulgargaz proposes to reduce the price of natural gas by 2.32 per cent on January 1, updating its earlier proposal for a 2.1 per cent cut, the CEO of the state-owned gas distributor, Petyo Ivanov, told a meeting of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) on Tuesday.

The final decision on the price of natural gas in the first quarter of 2016 will be made by EWRC at a closed-door meeting on December 30, 2015, EWRC Chairman Ivan Ivanov said.
