Sofia Appellate Court Acquits Former Parliament Deputy Chair Hristo Bisserov of Tax Evasion and Other Charges

Sofia, July 8 (BTA) - The Sofia Appellate Court (SApC) has confirmed the acquittal of former Parliament deputy chair Hristo Bisserov, SApC reported on Friday.

Bisserov is accused of tax evasion, undeclared money transfers and false information submitted to the National Audit Office.

The prosecution can appeal the Court's decision before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
