Association of Turkish Travel Agencies Asks for Cooperation

Istanbul, July 22 - The Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB) would like to hereby take the opportunity to express that а 3 months State of Emergency has been declared upon the decision taken bу the Turkish Government as of 20th July 2016 in accordance with the recent unfortunate events throughout the country.

Within the sphere of this State of Emergency situation, Turkish government has taken several precautions and terminated the annual leaves of green and grey passport holders, state officials and for some other officials at the critical positions. In the light of above situation, our member agencies аrе facing many cancellations, and refund requests.

We therefore ask our counterparts and colleagues abroad, to understand the conditions that their Turkish partners аrе currently in and do ask their heartfelt support and solidarity in these difficult times. We as TURSAB - Association of Turkish Travel Agencies аrе extremely sure that our international partners will facilitate the refund request of their Turkish partners and perform а positive and constructive attitude.
