Hristo Ivanov Presents Constituent Statement of  Yes Bulgaria Movement Party

Sofia, December 21 (BTA) - Former justice minister Hristo Ivanov Wednesday presented to reporters and supporters the constituent declaration of the Yes Bulgaria Movement Party being established on his initiative.

In his capacity as chairman of the steering committee Ivanov said that the presentation of the constituent declaration marks the start of the formal procedure for setting up the new party. A constituent meeting is to be called in January. The new party plans to run in the early parliamentary elections expected to be called in the spring of 2017.

Ivanov voiced a hope that the steering committee will succeed in collecting the requisite number of 2,500 signatures to have the party registered. "We want to make a new political organization where a new generation of people will find their political representation," Ivanov said.
