CPC Allows Easy Credit to Buy International Personal Finance Bulgarian Division

Sofia, June 27 (BTA) - The Commission for the Protection of  Competition (CPC) has approved the transaction for the purchase of company shares of the local branches of one of the largest British home personal purchase companies, International Personal Finance (IPF), Provident Financial Bulgaria OOD, by Easy Asset Management AD, better known as Easy Credit, CPC said Tuesday.
   
After the CPC decision the circumstances should be entered in the Commercial Register, which will finalise the acquisition.
   
Easy Asset Management has confirmed that all Provident employees and their jobs will be preserved.
