Sofia, March 28 (BTA) - Bulgaria considers South Korea a promising business partner and a country from which it can learn a lot, Deputy Prime Minister Valeri Simeonov said Wednesday at the opening of a Bulgarian-Korean business forum.

Bulgaria is open and hopeful for partnership with Korea and sees in it not just a source of markets, capital and investment but also of people from which this country can learn a lot, Simeonov said. He noted that the Korean companies working in Bulgaria are compliant tax payers, good business partners and serious investors. The Deputy Prime Minister assured the business representatives at the forum that Bulgaria will continue to offer economic and financial stability, a favourable tax regime and a skilled work force.

Simeonov congratulated South Korea on the perfect organization of the Winter Olympics which he said not only showcased high spirit of sport but also laid down the foundations for reducing the tension on the Korean Peninsula.
