site.btaForeign Minister Georgiev to Participate in Global Baku Forum

Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev will participate in the Global Baku Forum in Azerbaijan on March 13-16, his Ministry said. The forum is mottoed "Rethinking World Order: Turning Challenges into Opportunities".

During his visit, Georgiev is scheduled  to hold a working meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.

Meeting with Bayramov at the Munich Security Conference on February 16, Georgiev said Azerbaijan is a reliable strategic energy partner of Bulgaria in the South Caucasus Region and the broader Black Sea Region. Opportunities for deepening the strategic partnership between the two countries and the high level of their political dialogue topped the agenda of that meeting.
