Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast Magdalena Valkova won a silver medal in the all-around competition for juniors at the Aphrodite Cup in Palaio Faliro, Greece.

Valkova delivered strong performances on both competition days, finishing with a total score of 99.000 points (24.750 on hoop, 24.550 on ball, 25.250 on clubs, and 24.450 on ribbon), securing second place among gymnasts born in 2010.

The athlete, coached by Violeta Gospodarska, qualified for three finals—hoop, ball, and ribbon. She earned a 24.450 on ribbon, the second-highest score in the event.

Bulgarian gymnasts Anastasia Kaleva and Alexa Rasheva also competed. Kaleva delivered an impressive 25.500 on clubs, qualifying among the top eight, and finished ninth in the all-around with 92.450 points. Rasheva placed seventh in the all-around with 93.750 points, despite mistakes on clubs.

Bulgarian judges Valya Markova and Tsveta Kuzmova officiated the competition.

The event finals will take place Sunday.
