Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion Ivet Goranova won gold at an international karate tournament in Arandjelovac, Serbia, on Sunday.
The event featured 1,400 competitors from 12 countries, with Bulgaria represented by over 200 athletes. Goranova, competing for Petromax, claimed first place in the under-55 kg kumite category after three victories.
Bulgarian athletes secured multiple medals, including team silvers in the cadet and junior categories, and a bronze for Radoslav Krastev.
