site.btaTargovishte to Host Third Edition of Plamen Penev International Wrestling Tournament

Targovishte will host the third edition of the Plamen Penev International Wrestling Tournament on September 28, said Hristo Stoynev from the SK Olimpiets, one of the main organizers.

The wrestling competition will be for boys and girls in the freestyle category. The organizers have sent invitations to all wrestling clubs in the country, as well as sports clubs from Turkey, Poland, Romania, Germany, Moldova and Slovakia.

Applications are accepted until September 15.

In 2022, 168 wrestlers from five countries took part in the first edition of the competition, while in 2023 about 300 competitors participated in the second edition.
