Bulgarian football club Ludogorets qualified for the league stage of the Europa League competition after a 1-2 win against Petrocub in the return fixture between the two teams on Thursday evening. The first match finished 4-0 for Ludogorets.

The Moldovan club got the lead in the 28th minute but goals by forward Spas Delev and forward Rick Jhonatan turned the result in favour of the Bulgarian team. 

A crucial moment came in the 58th minute when Moldovan defender Victor Mudrac got a second yellow card for unsportsmanlike conduct. With a man down, his team was unable to hold its lead.
