Bulgargaz Announces Tender Procedures for Supply of Liquefied Natural Gas within Its Reserved Capacity for Alexandroupolis Terminal

To make sure it will meet orders from clients during the autumn-winter of 2024-25, Bulgargaz announced Thursday tender procedures for supply of five loads of liquefied natural gas - or a total of 5 million MWh -  within its reserved capacity at the Alexandroupolis terminal.

One tender is for 1,000,000 MWh for supply in October 2024, with the floating LNG Terminal near Alexandroupolis, Greece as main terminal and an LNG Terminal in Turkey as alternative terminal. One is for 2,000,000 MWh for supply in November and December 2024; and as much for supply in January and February 2025.

The Alexandroupolis terminal us due to be commissioned on October 1.
