site.btaTennis Player Grigor Dimitrov Reaches Wimbledon Fourth Round after Straight-sets Win over Monfils

Bulgaria's highest ranked tennis player Grigor Dimitrov scored a convincing 6-3 6-4 6-3 win over former world No. 6 Gael Monfils to reach the fourth round at Wimbledon in London on Friday.

That is Dimitrov's second win in straight sets this week. In the second round, he came back from a 5-7 6-7(4) deficit, claiming his second career victory with a comeback from two sets down. 

Against Monfils, the Bulgarian, No. 10 in the world, scored 19 aces and a total of 57 winners. He reached 12 brake points, converting 5 of them. 

In the next round Dimitrov will play the winner of the match between world No. 5 Daniil Medvedev and world No. 41 Jan-Lennard Struff. In the head-to-head balance, he trails 3-7 to Medvedev and leads Struff 4-2.
