Conditions for hiking in the mountains are bad, the Mountain Rescue Service told BTA.

The weather is cloudy, foggy, and there is light wind. Temperatures are around 0° to minus 6°. There is light snowfall in some areas of the mountains and a snow cover above 2,000 m. 

Over the mountains there will be heavy clouds with rain showers, above 1,300 m the rain will turn to snow. Moderate westerly wind. Highs at an altitude of 1,200 m will be about 7C, at 2,000 m - minus 1C.
