Bulgaria's Gergana Topalova won the doubles title at the ITF Women's Tennis Tour W40 Odenzaal clay tournament on Saturday.

Topalova and Daniela Vismane (Latvia) took one and a half hour to defeat top-seeded Eva Vedder and Isabelle Haverlag (Netherlands), 7-5, 2-6, 10-5 in the final of the tournament with a prize purse of USD 40,000.

That was the Bulgarian's fourth ITF doubles trophy in her career and the first since April 2022 in Antalya (Turkiye).
