Tokyo, July 27 (BTA) - Lyubomir Epitropov set a new national record in the 200 m breaststoke swimming event in Tokyo on Tuesday and is going to the semifinals. He finished fifth in his series with 2:09.68 min, which was his first time under 2:10 min. He is the first Bulgarian swimmer to reach semifinals at the Tokyo Games.
He will be swimming in the second semifinal series on July 28. NV/LN/
