The Skills and Knowledge for High-Performance Buildings international workshop will be held at the National Palace of Culture congress centre at 9 a.m. on Thursday, the EnEffect centre for energy efficiency, a Bulgarian non-governmental organization, said in a press release.

The workshop is organized by the EnEffect team, their international partners, and in collaboration with the international projects OutPHit, nZEB Ready, SMART2 and DiVIRTUE.

Leading construction and sustainable energy experts from 13 European countries have been invited to participate in the event, the organizers said.
