Parliament reinstated former head of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) Ivan Ivanov after last week the Constitutional Court declared unconstitutional the election of Ivanov's successor, Stanislav Todorov. The decision effectively left the regulator unable to make important decisions on energy prices.
