Innovation and Growth Minister Daniel Lorer issued a Class A investment certificate to Bulgarian-Austrian bicycle manufacturer Pierer & Maxcom Mobility for their project aiming to design and build electric bicycles near the city of Plovdiv, Southern Bulgaria, Lorer's Ministry reported Friday.
